Citadel® Polyurea Coatings has developed Single Component Polyurea (SCP) Solutions, a series of Polyurea floor coatings with virtually unlimited pot-life. This allows installers as much time as they wish to finish their projects with no waste. This also minimizes required inventory space and labor, making SCP significantly more profitable for installers.

SCP further reduces labor and application time with its self-leveling properties, preventing it from forming roller lines. It’s also optically clear and very high gloss, giving it a better sheen and making solid colors and broadcasts more vibrant than traditional floor coatings.

SCP’s unique composition allows it to retain Polyurea’s usual 4 to 8 hour walk on and 24 hour return to service when applied, despite its unlimited pot-life. It also retains Polyurea’s elongation and flexibility, and remains a “green” product.
