Franklin Forms JV with Segovia for Infrastructure Construction Projects in South America

Franklin Mining, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) (FRANKFURT: FMJ) Chairman & CEO William Petty has today announced having signed a joint-venture agreement for the construction of pending infrastructure projects in Bolivia and throughout South America.

In making today's announcement, Mr. Petty said, "Our joint-venture agreement with Segovia Group, completed in December, has further strengthened Franklin to further participate in the economic growth and development of South America."

Segovia Group Corporation, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas with additional offices in California, Illinois and Georgia, and Franklin Mining, Inc. have formed a joint-venture agreement to use their combined resources for the development of mining, infrastructure and other commercial projects in Bolivia, South America.
