NCC Construction Sweden, a building and property development company, declared that it has been chosen to build rental as well as tenant/owner possessed flats in Stockholm Royal Seaport, an upcoming area in Norra Djurgården.
Familjebostäder, a local company representative for the rental apartments and Bo Entreprenad for the tenant-owner flats. The accord valued around SEK 280 million is anticipated to get registered in first part of 2011.
The project constituting 69 tenant-owner flats and 109 rental flats will be located in Gotska Sandön, a locality in the Stockholm Royal Seaport.
