Dynamic Ventures, declared that it has been chosen as the general contractor by Annabelle Homes group for a multi-city commercial and residential construction project that will go on for a number of years and has contracted a letter of understanding with them.
Bundled Builder Solutions, a fully owned auxiliary company of Dynamic Ventures, will perform the role of the general contractor in the construction of hundreds of homes in multi-city areas such as North Dakota, Stanley and the neighboring communities. In addition to constructing the residential buildings included in the project, Bundled Builder Solutions will also build four commercial constructions such as a new city hall, office buildings, convenience store and a gas station in North Dakota and Stanley locations.
The total project demands community planning, appraisal of the requirements, cost-effective and cheap housing for single family, duplex type of housing, plans for commercial development, service installations, development of retail domiciliation and buildings for the offices. According to the present estimates, the phase 1 of the project, which is anticipated to get completed by this year will create around $6,500,000 as construction revenue for the company.
