NCC Construction Denmark Chosen to Construct Multimedia House in Aarhus

NCC Construction Denmark, a property development and construction company located in the Nordic region, declared that it has contracted an accord with the municipality of Aarhus to construct a multimedia house in Aarhus harbor.

The multimedia house construction order valued around SEK 460 million will require NCC Constructions to build foundations, roofs and facades as well as the associated building works coinciding with the launch of the building. For the purpose of making its presence available during the project, NCC will establish a work place for its operations and will function from there.

The planning process for the project will start in April and the actual building of the bearing structures will commence in the early part of 2012. The building of the multimedia house is anticipated to be over by the end of 2014. The other paving works at the harbor that are linked to the project is anticipated to be over by the end of 2015.
