Champion Property Management Takes over Asset Management of Two Properties in Hilliard, Ohio

Champion Property Management declared that it has taken over the asset management of two building complexes in Hilliard, Ohio.

The Saddlebrook and Pine Lake apartments are situated over the newly widened Roberts Road, little away from the Hilliard Rome Road. The two building complexes consist of a total of 656 units existing in the Hilliard School District. While adding the new properties to its growing portfolio of asset management services, the company also has provided employment to six people.

According to Brian Yeager, CEO of Champion Property Management, both the properties were neglected for long years due to lack of proper upkeep and a leasing plan that did not receive the needed support. He explained that the company is looking forward to position the properties suitably to receive maximum rental values in the growing rental segment. He added that his company anticipates taking on the investors, bankers, and owners through the property to demonstrate the effect the company has brought in for the property.

The properties featuring one and two bedroom apartments are located among one of the high rated communities of Hilliard, Northwest of Columbus, Ohio. The properties are in close proximity to downtown; Columbus and placed among good dining, shopping centers and Hilliard Schools. Champion is adding aesthetic features to the properties and for that purpose delayed the cleaning work. Brian added that his company will take efforts to revive its old status among the community to make the apartments appealing to the buyers.
