Crescent Resources has announced that it has commenced the process of designing of Two Greenway Centre which is a Class A office building located in Franklin, Tennessee. The company had earlier completed One Greenway Centre, which has been leased by Jackson National Life.
Two Greenway Centre will cover an area of 155,000 sq. ft. with five stories and has been designed in such a manner so as to receive LEED certification from the US Green Building Council. Little will be the architect of the building. The building will consist of its own fitness centre and walking trails inside the property.
Two Greenway Centre is located very close to the central business district of Nashville and I-65 and is also very close to the Nashville International Airport. Apart from the present construction, the company is also the developer for Venue at Cool Springs which is a 428 unit luxury apartment block located next to the Greenway Centre and Corporate Centre. It is also the developer of CentrePointe Distribution Park which is a warehouse and distribution park located in Nashville. While CentrePointe covers an area of 198,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and retail sites, at present it has the capacity of 3.5 million sq. ft. of distribution and warehouse space. The company owns such interests in many locations across south-eastern US and specialises in providing resort residential communities, single family and multi-family communities.
