KTGY Group Announces Completion of First of Eight Buildings of Arista Uptown Apartments

KTGY Group, Architecture + Planning has declared the completion of one 3-story building out of eight to be built at the Broomfield, Colo-based Arista Uptown Apartments. Smith/Jones Partners have undertaken construction of the apartments, which have been designed by KTGY.

The Arista Uptown Apartments is located in the heart of Arista, to the south side of the therapy clinic of the Children’s Hospital, Colorado and west of the Aloft Hotel. The apartments provide residents with an exotic blend of urban lifestyle with easy access to walkable retail, public transit, 1st Bank Center, a number of parks, offices as well as a location near the employment centers of Boulder Turnpike.

The three-story, walk-up apartments are provided with elegant contemporary finishes, tuck-under garages, terraces and balconies with a superb view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The Arista Uptown Apartment community includes 272 units, 149 single-bedroom, 105 double-bedroom, 18 studios, all situated within walking distance to future rail and rapid transit. The amenities include a ground floor community clubhouse and fitness center spanning 4,442 sq.ft with an indoor-outdoor lounge, a courtyard of area 11,000 sq,ft having barbecue grills, a resort style spa and pool and a 1.5 ac private lawn with an off-leash dog area called the “Central Dog Park” of 1,900 sq.ft area.

It is anticipated that pre-leasing will commence by next month and the initial units will open in mid-summer 2012.
