NDI Homes Introduces New Construction Model in Montgomery County

Maryland based NDI Homes is introducing a new model of home construction in Montgomery County.

Custom home builders usually face the challenge of visualising the final homes before construction so that they can come up with changes as required by the customer. However, building many model customised homes is not possible. To address this challenge the company has built two new model homes in the old Dominion style located at very short distance from each other.

The model home that is presently being constructed covers a total area of 5,000sqft and located in a community at Griffith Estates in Laytonsville. This model is scheduled to be available for display and sale by the summer of this year. Another model home that is being constructed is located at the Bethesda community and features the old Dominion style. While the model home at Laytonsville will be offered for sale, the model home at Bethesda community is being constructed according to specifications of a customer.

NDI Homes has expertise in home building and finance and also specialises in single lot construction and existing lot tear down market. Customers can follow the progress of the construction and contact the company for more information.
