Landmark Homes USA, known as a leading-edge home builder, announced today that it is including standard home automation lifestyle packages in each of the homes it will build this year in its first development in the U.S., the Aerium community located in upscale downtown Scottsdale, AZ.
Landmark's Aerium homes will be equipped with automated lifestyle packages through a partnership with Digital Home Lifestyles, a technology integration firm based in Phoenix AZ, and Clare Controls, a manufacturer of high-performance automation solutions noted for offering adaptable lifestyle applications ranging from lighting and climate controls to video surveillance and multi-room audio.
Each new Landmark home will include Clare's CLIQ controller – the "brain" of the unified automation solution – to provide easily scalable automation services. Homeowners then select personalized packages to add safety and security, convenience and comfort, and entertainment. All of Clare's lifestyle applications are controlled securely through a single, personalized interface on the user's iPads, iPhones, and Android phones, whether they're at home or away.
