Construction Begins for Minto Beechwood Condominium

Ottawa's leading real estate developer, Minto Communities, will celebrate the official start of construction of its newest condominium, called Minto Beechwood, with a groundbreaking event for the public and members of the media Saturday, September 20th, at noon. Joining executives from Minto in celebrating the official groundbreaking will be Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson, and local Councillors Peter Clark and Peter Hume.

Rising on the location of the former Beechwood Avenue retail site which was devastated by fire in 2011, Minto Beechwood promises to return the location to its iconic status for local residents of the New Edinburgh and Rockcliffe Park neighbourhoods.

Now over 60% sold, Minto Beechwood will stand 8-storeys tall and will boast a range of suites from 560-1,602 sq. ft, with prices starting in the mid $200's. Along with UpperWest and Minto@Landsdown, Minto Beechwood is one of three new condominium projects Minto will have under construction this fall, demonstrating the continuing strength and resiliency of Ottawa's condo market.
