Oldcastle Precast Inc., a leading manufacturer of precast concrete, polymer concrete, composite and plastic building products, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Colorado Precast Inc. with a manufacturing location in Loveland, Colo.
This acquisition will strengthen the Oldcastle Precast position in the important Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana markets while adding to our leading position in the growing Denver metropolitan area. Colorado Precast offers a diverse line of precast concrete products that are consistent with our strategy to be leading providers of infrastructure solutions in every major U.S. market.
