One of the main projects includes the Early Works Civil Program of the Voyageur Upgrader Project awarded by Suncor Energy. Wood Partners has announced that it will construct the Midtown Delray Community at Delray Beach, Fla at a cost of $27 million. The community will consist of 116 rental townhome units with three stories and will cover a total area of 192,000 sq.ft. Construction is likely to commence by July 1.
