Lusio SSL Fixtures Receive DesignLights Consortium Endorsement
Lusio Solid-State Lighting, a unit of LightWild, has declared the inclusion of its 40 SSL fixtures in the Qualified Product List (QPL) of DesignLights Consortium (DLC).
The 2x2 model lighting fixtures with high light output features have been included by DLC in the category of ‘High-Bay and Low-Bay fixtures for Commercial and Industrial Buildings’.
The DesignLights Consortium is a partnership, participated by regional energy efficiency firms and utility companies, which are dedicated to creating awareness about the advantages of utilizing energy-efficient lights in commercial constructions. The Consortium has an objective to ensure the use of energy-efficient lights in all the lighting installations set up in commercial ventures. DLC has set high-level standards for producers of solid-state lighting devices and publishes the list of qualified products that provide energy conserving solid-state lighting solutions for use in commercial buildings.
The Lusio SSL fixtures in addition to getting approval from DLC are also UL and CE listed, Lighting Facts Certified, EMI/FCC tested and compliant to RoHS. The company, Lusio Solid-State Lighting, is a federal contractor designated by S.B.A..
