AV Homes, Inc. has broken ground on its newest 55-Plus community in DMB's acclaimed master-planned community of Eastmark in Mesa, Ariz. The new community, located at Ray Road just east of Ellsworth, will begin sales in early 2015 and already has hundreds of interest list sign-ups. AV Homes plans to begin construction on an eight model home sales complex and Village Center prior to the end of 2014.
