Ecological Sarking Board

The specialist ecological building material firm, Natural Building Technologies, has introduced Isolair - water-resistant, robust, interlocking sarking board with excellent thermal insulation properties.

Isolair boards are quick, easy and cost-effective plus they can guarantee a waterproof, breathable and moisture resistant roof. They can even be exposed during construction, without protection, for up to three months.

Made from pinewood waste with a 5% latex mix, the compressed woodfibre boards contain no glue or wood preservers and are environmentally sustainable.

The standard size of the boards is 2500 mm x 770 mm and they are available in thicknesses of 22, 35 or 52 mm
