Echo Pacific Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of the Poway Unified School District Sundance Elementary School Modernization. Friday, November 13, 2009 Poway Unified along with the architect, NTD Architecture, Sundance staff and students, and the Echo Pacific Construction team all joined to rededicate the fully modernized and operational Sundance Elementary School.
Echo Pacific Construction, Inc., one of San Diego’s premiere construction companies, has demonstrated its expertise and commitment by completing this fast track project within a 5 month schedule. Modernization included all new HVAC, ductwork, and lighting. New fire systems throughout; Refinished classrooms with new acoustic ceilings, carpet, casework and tackable wall surfaces; New 1,500 square foot service kitchen; Enhancement to the front entry of the administration building. All contributed to transforming the overall appearance of the school. This Lease/Lease Back project value was $9M with the project totaling 49,000 sq. ft.
